Kevin Richardson is a world-renowned wildlife conservationist and self-taught animal behaviourist.

He provides a caring home to rescued lions, leopards, hyenas and other predators. When interacting with them he breaks every safety rule there is and instead uses love, understanding and trust to bond with the animals. The extraordinary relationships he forges has earned him the title ‘The Lion Whisperer’.

He campaigns to preserve habitat and improve the welfare of lions through education and by creating places of sanctuary. In this conversation Kevin talks about how his love of animals began, how he developed his relationships with his animals, the incredibly complicated and ever more pressing challenges facing conservation and how we are poised to lose some of the most majestic animals on earth.
